Tom Sullivan
Sullivan Construction Inc. was founded by Tom's brother John in 1970. In 2005, Tom was named president after 19 years working up through the ranks as a laborer, Job Superintendent, Project Estimator, Chief Estimator and Vice President.
Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics, University of New Hampshire. But it is the many years of first hand experience on-site, working with customers and staff, solving problems, meeting deadlines, honoring budgets, achieving excellence - that make him so well-suited to lead the company forward.
Over the course of his career he has managed jobs from $250,000 to $10,000,000 all while maintaining the quality control that has earned JB Sullivan repeat customers time and time again.
As President he is responsible for setting the corporate vision, overseeing all aspects of the business and striving for perfection. Under his management, by insisting on superior customer service the honest, knowledgeable and experienced Sullivan Construction Inc. staff has helped the firm achieve uncommon excellence.
